Easter Weekend Garbage Collection 2026

Please note that there will be no regular garbage collection in Killam on Good Friday, April 3rd. Flagstaff Waste will collect garbage on Thursday, April 2nd to make up for the holiday. Please have your garbage out by 7:30am on Thursday, April 2nd to ensure it does not get missed.

Killam Twice Nice Community Grant Applications

The Killam Twice Nice Store Society would like to invite applications from organizations based in Killam and surrounding areas for projects and programs that contribute to the common good (education, health, culture, community spirit, etc). Grant applications can be picked up at Twice Nice during operating hours, deadline for submissions is Saturday, March 28 at 1pm.
