An after-work session for those looking for a change of pace! Join the Fat Burner session that runs Monday and Wednesday afternoons, from 5pm to 6pm at the Killam Regional Indoor Pool. Be sure to register online to ensure you have a spot! Go to Recreation on the Town of Killam website, "Killam Agriplex", "Swimming Pool" then "Aquatic Programs and Times"
